Roosevelt Hall is an imposing Beaux Arts structure completed in 1907 on Fort Lesley J. McNair in Washington, D.C., designed by the influential firm McKim, Mead & White. Originally constructed between 1903 and 1907 to house the Army War College, it has since become home to the National War College. The building's monumental character reflects its institutional significance, and its architectural prominence earned it designation as a National Historic Landmark in 1972, when it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
