The Rostov State Musical Theater in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, opened in September 1999 as the successor to the 1919 Rostov Musical Comedy Theater. One of Southern Russia's largest musical theaters, it features two stages and a music and entertainment center, hosting approximately 300 performances and concerts annually alongside various forums and festivals. Its repertoire spans both established musical traditions and contemporary experimental work.
