S. Holton Farm is a historic home located near Middletown in New Castle County, Delaware, built around 1850. The three-story ell-shaped frame dwelling combines Greek Revival and Georgian "I"-form design, featuring a five-bay front façade and a shallow-pitched hipped roof topped with two square brick chimneys. A two-story rear ell extends the structure's footprint. The property includes contributing outbuildings—a granary and two milkhouses—that testify to its agricultural heritage. The farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
