The Sail Tower is a 137-meter postmodern skyscraper in Haifa, Israel, completed in 2002 as part of the Yitzhak Rabin–named District Government Center. Rising 29 floors, it was Haifa's tallest building until 2003, though with antennas it remains the city's highest structure. The tower's distinctive sails reach 113 meters, with the main roof at 95 meters. Constructed on the site of the Ottoman Saraya (demolished in 1949), the building combines modernist design with a promenade featuring Middle Eastern architectural elements and historical mosaics of Haifa, including a map from 1773. In June 2025, the tower sustained significant damage from a nearby ballistic missile impact, resulting in the relocation of government offices.
