HaYovel Tower, a 158-meter postmodern skyscraper completed in 2005 in Tel Aviv, Israel, rises 42 stories on land formerly occupied by the IDF HaKirya base. Also known as Kiryat HaMemshala Tower, it consolidates Israeli government offices that were previously scattered throughout the Tel Aviv district, a consolidation that freed valuable state land for private development and introduced operational efficiencies. The tower accommodates both public and private tenants: 13 of its upper floors house private sector offices, while the top 11 floors feature floor-to-ceiling windows. Notable features include a rooftop helipad, an external elevator serving the uppermost levels, and an underground passageway connecting to the building's parking facilities. Originally designed with 28 floors for government use alone, the plan expanded during construction to its current 42-floor configuration. At 158 meters, it ranks as Israel's 20th tallest building and stands near Tel Aviv's prominent Azrieli Center complex.
