Tel Aviv City Hall, completed in 1966, is the municipal government center of Tel Aviv housing the mayor's office and the meeting chambers and offices of the City Council. Designed by architect Menachem Cohen, the building rises 62 meters and exemplifies the brutalist architectural style, which was prominent in institutional and civic architecture during the mid-twentieth century.
