Seaview Hospital is a historic hospital complex in Willowbrook on Staten Island, New York, built between 1905 and 1938 as the largest and most costly municipal tuberculosis treatment facility of its era in the United States. The complex combines Tudor Revival and Colonial Revival architectural styles and was recognized as a national historic district following its closure. Portions of the original facility have since reopened as the Sea View Hospital Rehabilitation Center & Home, which now operates within the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation network as a long-term care and rehabilitation facility, including a nursing home, independent living residences, and the first downstate long-term care brain injury rehabilitation center.
