St. Elizabeth Hospital is a historic hospital complex in Hannibal, Marion County, Missouri, built in six stages between 1915 and 1973. The original 1915 section is a three-story structure with raised basement executed in Second Renaissance Revival style, constructed of red brick and punctuated by a Palladian window, large round arched openings on the 1½-story brick portico, and limestone accents. A sun porch wing followed in 1922 and a chapel wing in 1940, reflecting the building's evolving program across the mid-twentieth century. The complex was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.
