St John's Church, Trofarth, stands in isolated countryside in Conwy County Borough, Wales, a small Anglican church built in 1873 to designs by Sir George Gilbert Scott in the Gothic Revival style. Consecrated on 19 June that year, the original structure comprised a nave, small chancel, south porch, and a bellcote at the west end, punctuated by lancet windows characteristic of the period. In 1899, the Chester architectural firm Douglas and Fordham undertook a significant restoration, adding a vestry and organ chamber at the northeast, extending the chancel into the nave, and introducing limestone veneer to the interior walls alongside new furnishings designed by Douglas. The building was designated Grade II listed on 2 July 1998 and became redundant; planning permission for conversion to domestic use was granted in January 2009. The churchyard to the west contains historical burials dating to the late nineteenth century.
