St. Mark's Church in Port Hope, Ontario, is a Carpenter Gothic structure built in 1822 that originally served as the home of St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church before that congregation relocated to a larger stone building on Pine Street. The church became associated with the St. Mark congregation, established in 1873. Designated as a heritage property under part IV protection, the church holds historical significance as the burial place of Vincent Massey, Canada's first Canadian-born Governor General.
