St Martin's Church in Lincoln, England, was among the city's oldest churches, with possible Anglo-Saxon origins and potential associations with Saint Martin silver pennies minted in Lincoln before 918 AD. The church was rebuilt in Georgian style in 1873 but was demolished just six years later in 1879.
