St Matthew's is a Gothic Revival church in Westminster, London, designed by architect George Gilbert Scott and located near the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. As a Grade II listed building, the church has been closely connected to the recovery of the Catholic heritage of the Church of England since its early days. The influential Anglo-Catholic leader Frank Weston, Bishop of Zanzibar, served there from 1896 to 1898, cementing its role as a significant centre for the movement's theological and liturgical revival.
