St. Nicholas Church in Semeliškės, Lithuania, is a Russian Revival brick building constructed in 1895 and consecrated in 1896. Built with financial support from nobleman Alexey Peiker of Trakai, the church was erected to serve the Orthodox Christian community of the village, which numbered approximately 500 at the time of its dedication and grew to 765 by 1909. The church represents one of several Orthodox churches constructed in the Vilnius region during the late nineteenth century, a period when the Tsarist government promoted Orthodox religious architecture to reinforce Russian imperial authority in the territory. Located adjacent to the village's main square, the building has experienced intermittent closures: first during World War I in 1915, again in 1939, and permanently in 1954 due to declining parish membership. Today, services are held only during major Orthodox festivals.
