St Peter upon Cornhill is an Anglican church on the corner of Cornhill and Gracechurch Street in the City of London, rebuilt in the English Baroque style following its destruction in the Great Fire of London in 1666. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren and built from 1677, the church occupies a site of medieval or possibly Roman origin. Now a satellite church in the parish of St Helen's Bishopsgate, it hosts regular Sunday services and mid-week gatherings. The building holds Grade I listed status.
