Stourhead, a 1,072-hectare estate in Wiltshire extending into Somerset, encompasses one of England's most celebrated landscape gardens alongside a Grade I listed Neo-Palladian mansion designed by Colen Campbell. Located at the source of the River Stour near Mere, the sprawling property combines the 18th-century house, the village of Stourton, extensive farmland, and woodland. The estate's English garden is renowned in the landscape garden tradition, making Stourhead a landmark of both architectural and horticultural achievement. Owned in part by the National Trust since 1946, the entire park and garden hold Grade I listed status.
