Supersam was a modernist supermarket that opened in Warsaw in 1962 on Mokotowski Square, designed by architects Jerzy Hryniewiecki, Maciej Krasinski, and Ewa Krasińska with structural engineer Wacław Zalewski. As Poland's first self-serve supermarket, it stood as a landmark of modernist design in the country until its demolition in 2006, after which the site was redeveloped with a new architectural complex completed between 2013 and 2015.
