Located at 1600 Throckmorton Street on the south side of downtown Fort Worth, T&P Station is an Art Deco skyscraper and railway terminal designed by Wyatt C. Hedrick and completed in 1931. The building serves as the western terminus of the Trinity Railway Express and TEXRail commuter rail lines. Its Art Deco styling reflects the optimistic modernism of the early Depression era, while its dual function as both a transportation hub and office tower exemplifies the mixed-use railroad stations of the period. The station is situated near significant Fort Worth landmarks including the Convention Center, Water Gardens, and Sundance Square, and offers free parking accessed from West Vickery Boulevard.
