Built of red brick with a rectangular footprint, the structure features a limestone entrance portico supported by Ionic columns and distinctive three-story bay windows that punctuate its facade. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, the building exemplifies early twentieth-century Colonial Revival residential architecture in Indiana.
