The Ambassador is a six-story residential building in Indianapolis completed in 1924, exemplifying the Chicago School style with its tan cinder brick construction. The ground floor incorporates Chicago School commercial storefronts, while the façade displays Sullivanesque terra cotta ornamental detailing. A recessed entrance with an elaborate metal canopy marks the building's street presence. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, it represents a significant example of early twentieth-century apartment architecture in Indiana.
