Thomas C. Miller Public School is a historic school building in Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia, constructed in 1914 in Colonial Revival style with Jacobethan detailing around its entrance. Designed by Frank L. Packard, the original structure was expanded in 1928 with a three-story brick annex featuring a concrete foundation laid in Flemish garden wall bond, designed by William B. Ittner. The school honors Thomas Condit Miller, a prominent West Virginia educator who served as State Superintendent of Schools and professor of education at West Virginia University. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013, the building represents early twentieth-century institutional architecture in the region.
