The Thomas Goodall House, built in 1871 near Main Street in Sanford, Maine, was constructed for Thomas Goodall, owner of the prosperous local Goodall Mill, a major regional employer in the late nineteenth century. The residence retains numerous Second Empire architectural details from its original construction, though it underwent substantial Colonial Revival alterations early in the twentieth century undertaken by Goodall's son, Eugene. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
