Tiefurt House is a small stately home situated on the Ilm river in the Tiefurt quarter of Weimar, Germany, approximately 4 kilometres east of the city centre. Built as the summer residence of Duchess Anna Amalia of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, the château became a significant cultural centre during the Weimar Classicism movement of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Recognizing its importance to this pivotal artistic period, UNESCO inscribed Tiefurt House as part of the Classical Weimar site in 1998, and it remains a protected heritage monument in Thuringia.
