Situated in northwest Portland, Oregon, the Trinity Place Apartments is a Tudor Revival multifamily residential building recognized by the National Register of Historic Places. Constructed as an unreinforced masonry structure totaling 46,000 square feet, the building underwent a comprehensive $1.3 million seismic retrofit completed in 2017 to address its vulnerability to earthquake damage.
