The Tuira Church in Oulu, Finland, is an evangelical Lutheran church designed by architect Harald Andersin and inaugurated as a chapel in 1916 in the national Romantic style. When Oulu parish was subdivided in 1966, the Tuira chapel was elevated to full church status, and architect Mikko Huhtela oversaw its first expansion at that time. A second major extension, completed in 1992, gave the building its present form.
