Union Hall, the town hall of Searsport, Maine, stands at 3 Reservoir Street as a remarkably sophisticated example of Italianate architecture. Designed by architect George M. Harding and completed in 1863, the building represents an unexpectedly refined architectural achievement for a town of its modest size. Its stylistic sophistication earned it recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
