The Union Trust Building stands in Pittsburgh's Downtown district at 501 Grant Street as a high-rise office building designed by architect Frederick J. Osterling and completed in 1915–16. Commissioned by industrialist Henry Clay Frick, the structure displays Flemish-Gothic architectural character, though it is also identified with Renaissance Revival styling. Originally conceived as a shopping arcade, the building later transitioned to office use. It is recognized as a Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation Historic Landmark and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
