The Upson County Courthouse in Thomaston, Georgia, is a Neoclassical structure completed in 1908 at a cost of $50,000. Constructed of cream-colored brick, the building is distinguished by Ionic columns with high bases and a three-stage clock tower. Its fenestration alternates between segmental arched and rectangular windows, creating visual rhythm across its façade. The courthouse underwent extensive renovation in 1968 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. It stands in Courthouse Square, serving as the civic center of Upson County.
