The Ushiro-Futago Kofun is a late 6th-century burial mound located in Nishiomuromachi, Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture in Japan's northern Kantō region. Built in the zenpō-kōen-fun style—a keyhole-shaped form characteristic of the Kofun period—it stands as one of five tumuli in the Ōmuro kofun cluster. Designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1927 alongside its companion, the Sho-Futago Kofun, the site is now preserved as a public park.
