The Royal Palace of Valladolid, a Renaissance structure in Valladolid, Spain, served as the official residence of Spanish kings during the brief period when the royal court was established there from 1601 to 1606. Beyond this central role, the palace functioned as a temporary residence for Spanish monarchs spanning from Charles I through Isabella II, and notably hosted Napoleon during the Peninsular War. Today, the building—designated a bien de interés cultural—houses the headquarters of the 4th General Sub-inspection of the Spanish Army.
