Villa Haux is an Art Nouveau villa built in 1908 in Ebingen, Germany (part of Albstadt), designed by architects Richard Böklen and Carl Feil for textile entrepreneur Friedrich Haux. Constructed on the site of Haux's previous 1885 timber-framing residence, the new villa showcased modern amenities including an elevator, central heating, and central vacuum cleaner—luxury installations rare for the period. The building stood strategically between Haux's factory and a railway line crossing the town. After the family departed in 1954, the villa was repurposed for business use and rental until falling vacant in 1978. It was renovated beginning in 1991 and now houses a tax advisory firm, with select rooms available for cultural events. The original residence, relocated across the street, later served as a pharmacy before becoming a pub.
