Built in 1905 in Eveleth, Minnesota, the W. Bailey House stands as a distinguished example of Queen Anne architecture. Constructed of rusticated, rose-dyed concrete brick with matching stone trim, the residence—also known as the Redstone Building—exemplifies the stylistic refinement that defined the era. Its distinctive material palette and architectural detailing earned it recognition as Eveleth's leading Queen Anne structure, resulting in its listing on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 for local architectural significance.
