The W.E. Barnard House, built in 1930 at 950 Joaquin Miller Drive in Reno, Nevada, exemplifies the Cotswold Cottage style within Tudor Revival architecture. Its most distinctive features include a beehive chimney and a high-pitched gabled entry crowned with a characteristic Tudor arch. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002 as part of a property with two contributing buildings, the house is recognized both for its significance to Reno's community planning and development history through its association with developer William Everett Barnard and as an outstanding local example of the Tudor and English Country Cottage style of the Period Revival movement.
