Prichard House is a historic Italian Renaissance-style residence in Huntington, West Virginia, built between 1921 and 1923. Constructed of gray North Carolina granite with a Spanish tile roof and reinforced concrete foundation, the house displays Mediterranean Revival character through its distinctive two-story tower and two roof garden chimneys. The property retains its original wrought iron fence supported by granite pillars and iron gates at the entrance, along with complementary outbuildings including a guesthouse/garage and chicken house. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001, the residence exemplifies early twentieth-century regional prosperity and cosmopolitan architectural taste.
