Wade Memorial Chapel is a Neoclassical chapel and receiving vault at Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio, commissioned by Jeptha Wade II in memory of his grandfather, Jeptha Wade, a co-founder of the cemetery and Western Union. Designed by the newly established architectural firm Hubbell & Benes as their first commission, the chapel features interior ornamentation by Louis Comfort Tiffany, based on a preexisting 1893 design. The interior showcases a stained glass window depicting the Resurrection of Christ, alongside mosaics of Old Testament prophets and Christian saints, complemented by biblical inscriptions and engravings of the works of mercy from Matthew 25. The chapel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
