Waggaman–Ray Commercial Row is a set of four historic Neoclassical commercial structures located on Connecticut Avenue in the Northwest Quadrant of Washington, D.C. Built to two and three stories, the buildings at 1141, 1143, 1145 Connecticut Avenue employ restrained classical architecture to convey sophisticated elegance, with planar facades embellished by classical design motifs rendered in low-relief. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995, the ensemble reflects the architectural refinement characteristic of early commercial development in the nation's capital.
