Waits Methodist Episcopal Church and Cemetery is a Greek Revival structure built in 1853 in the town of Owego, Tioga County, New York, constructed from white pine sourced from Windham, Pennsylvania. The 1½-story building measures approximately 30 by 40 feet and comprises three bays in width and four in depth. Its interior underwent remodeling in 1866, and the church retains all fabric from that period. A small settlement-era cemetery occupies the property alongside the church. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.
