Webster Baptist Church, located in Webster, Monroe County, New York, is a Greek Revival cobblestone structure erected in 1856. The building exemplifies the distinctive regional tradition of cobblestone construction—one of only fourteen such church buildings surviving in New York State and part of a broader assemblage of 106 cobblestone structures in Monroe County. Its exterior displays a veneer of small, uniform lake-washed cobbles, while its interior architectural highlight is an octagonal open domed belfry supported by eight Ionic columns. The church underwent comprehensive renovation in 1965 and was recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
