Located in Schuyler County, New York, Watkins Glen High School is a three-story Classical Revival brick building constructed in 1929. Its distinctive architectural features include an H-shaped floor plan and a prominent pedimented portico supported by full-height Doric columns. A two-story addition was constructed in 1958. Originally serving as the area's high school until 1969, the building subsequently housed a middle school before closing in 2013. It was then redeveloped into senior housing, with the gymnasium and auditorium repurposed as community spaces. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.
