The Wilder Building is an eleven-story office building in Rochester, New York, constructed between 1887 and 1888 in modified Romanesque Revival style. Designed by the noted local architectural firm Warner & Brockett, it is considered Rochester's first modern skyscraper and ranks among the oldest early skyscrapers. The structure features a steel or iron frame clad in brick. Originally crowned with spires at each corner of the roof—since removed—the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
