The William J. Leverett House, located in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a notable early example of Pueblo Revival architecture built in 1928. Constructed by developer William J. Leverett as both his personal residence and a model home for the surrounding Monte Vista subdivision, the single-story structure features a roughly rectangular plan executed in stuccoed adobe. It displays characteristic Pueblo Revival elements including vigas, irregular parapets, and front and rear portales with log posts and corbels. The house was listed on the New Mexico State Register of Cultural Properties in 1985 and the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, and is a contributing property within the Monte Vista and College View Historic District.
