The William V. N. Barlow House stands on South Clinton Street in Albion, New York, a brick residence built in the 1870s that exemplifies the architectural eclecticism of its era. The structure blends Second Empire, Italianate, and Queen Anne styles, while its interior showcases intricately detailed Eastlake woodwork. The house belonged to a prominent local architect responsible for designing many of Albion's major buildings. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 alongside a barn (later converted to a garage), it remains one of only two houses in Albion with that designation.
