The Worcester House, built around 1802 by Eldad Worcester on family land in Lowell, Massachusetts, is a vernacular Federal style farmhouse that stands as the oldest structure on Andover Street. Architecturally unusual for its era, the house features a four-bay façade with its main entrance positioned on one of the sides rather than the front, distinguishing it from conventional domestic design of the period. Originally situated amid farmland that persisted through much of the nineteenth century, the house was recognized as a historic property when listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, and later incorporated into the Andover Street Historic District in 2000.
