The Worcester State Hospital Farmhouse, located at 361 Plantation Street in Worcester, Massachusetts, is a well-preserved example of Georgian Revival architecture built in 1895. Originally serving as an outbuilding of the Worcester State Hospital, it housed select residents who worked the hospital's fields until 1969. The building achieved significance as a prototype for similar farmhouses across the Massachusetts state hospital network. Today it houses state mental health offices and was recognized as a contributing property to the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.
