York University is an underground subway station on Toronto's Line 1 Yonge–University, designed by Foster and Partners in the high-tech architectural style. Opened in 2017 as part of the subway's extension to Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, the station serves the main Keele Campus of York University in North York, situated near the intersection of Ian Macdonald and York Boulevards. As a Metrolinx mobility hub, it functions as a major transit node integrating multiple modes of transportation.
