The Yorkville Bank Building stands at the corner of East 85th Street and Third Avenue on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Designed by architect Robert Maynicke and completed in 1905, the Renaissance Revival structure was purpose-built for the Yorkville Bank and operated as a financial institution for nearly a century. Following the bank's closure in 1991, the ground floor was converted to retail space while the upper floors became a fitness center. The building received designation as a New York City Landmark in 2012.
