The Zimmerman House, a Greek Revival dwelling built in 1848 in Columbia, South Carolina, comprises a one-and-a-half-story main section and a one-story wing. Its front façade is distinguished by a pedimented portico supported by two paneled wooden square columns characteristic of the Greek Revival style. Constructed by Charles and Hannah Zimmerman, who operated the neighboring Zimmerman School from 1848 to 1870, the house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
