Located at 132 Glenbrook Road in Stamford, Connecticut, Zion Lutheran Church is a red brick Gothic Revival structure completed in 1925 for a German immigrant congregation established in 1897—and remains the city's only red brick church. The building's main façade is defined by an asymmetrical composition: a square tower on the right rises only to the roofline, while a steep gable on the left rises higher, sheltering a large quadruple window set within a pointed arch above a recessed arched entrance. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987, the church ceased Lutheran operations in 2021 after declining membership, and the building was subsequently sold to a Spanish-speaking Pentecostal congregation now known as Mision Pentecostal John 3:16.
