30 South Colonnade is a commercial tower in Canary Wharf, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, originally designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and completed in 1991. The building underwent extensive refurbishment between 2019 and 2023 by architects Buckley Gray Yeoman, which added three floors to reach 415,000 square feet across 17 storeys (including ground floor, upper ground floor, mezzanine, and rooftop terrace), standing 75.5 metres tall. Now known as YY London, the refurbished structure prioritizes sustainability and wellness, featuring on-floor terraces, BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications, and an all-electric strategy designed for net-zero operational carbon. The building provides primarily office space alongside ground-floor restaurants, event spaces, and food and beverage units.
