A 273-meter postmodern office tower completed in 2016 on Manhattan's West Side, 10 Hudson Yards (also known as the South Tower) was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox as part of the Hudson Yards urban renewal project, which redevelops the Metropolitan Transportation Authority's West Side Yard. Located near Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea, and Penn Station, the building serves Coach New York as its anchor tenant. The tower was designated Tower C during its planning phase.
