At 395 meters, 30 Hudson Yards rises on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan as a supertall postmodern commercial skyscraper designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and completed in 2019. Part of the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project on the former Metropolitan Transportation Authority West Side Yard, it ranks as the seventh-tallest building in New York City and ninth-tallest in the United States as of May 2025. The tower's most distinctive feature is The Edge, a triangular observation deck protruding from the 100th floor at 1,100 feet, which opened in March 2020 and became the second-highest outdoor observation deck with optically transparent flooring in the world. A bar and event space occupy the 101st floor. Originally headquarters for WarnerMedia before its 2022 merger with Discovery, Inc., the building now serves as home to Warner Bros. Discovery and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
